No surprises.
No meter running.
Hourly billing is common in this industry. We price the whole project instead, and it protects you more than it protects us.
You'll know the investment on day one.
Hourly billing means you find out what your website costs when the invoice arrives. We price the whole project up front.
Scope shouldn't be rationed by a quote.
When a project is billed hourly, the estimate decides how big your website gets. Price the project instead, and the site is built around what your business actually needs.
Ask for the edit. It's already included.
Hourly billing makes clients hesitate to speak up, and that hesitation is how websites end up almost right. If something isn't working, we fix it.
Most importantly, your project gets the time it takes.
Some pages come together quickly. Others need research, a second direction, or a day spent making sure everything reads as one brand. That work happens because it should, not because the clock allowed it.
Packages cover the scope we agree on during strategy. If a project genuinely changes direction, a new location, an online store you hadn't planned, we'll talk about it before any work starts, never after.
Industry: Beauty & Wellness | suite-leasing salon group
Website: uptownsalons.comUptown had four separate websites, each with its own domain, hosting plan, and administrator. This fragmented setup led to inconsistent branding, messaging confusion, and higher costs. Most visitors didn’t realize Uptown leased salon suites rather than ran salons, and the outdated stacked directory made finding individual businesses difficult.
We combined all four websites into one modern, high-end digital presence using a single domain and hosting plan, reducing both cost and complexity. A custom CMS powers a clean, searchable directory that’s easy to maintain as businesses change. The new site is SEO-optimized with strategic content and structure to help Uptown stand out in local search results. Clear messaging and refined design now position Uptown as a polished, professional salon suite company.
-
Unified brand experience across all locations
-
Seamless user navigation with a clean, searchable directory
-
Clear messaging that eliminated confusion about Uptown’s business model
-
Significant savings in hosting and domain costs
-
Simplified management for the business owners and staff
-
Improved search visibility through SEO-optimized design and content

Tailored for Impact. Measured by the Return.
Most designers build what you ask for. We help you figure out what you actually need, then we build that.

A smaller site will still work. It'll just work slower. We'll tell you honestly which one your goals actually call for, including when the answer is the cheaper one.
The Essentials
$3000-$4500
For an established business that needs to be found, look credible, and start showing up in search.

A focused build, typically under four pages, designed around your core offer. Custom design, SEO-built content, mobile optimization, and technical SEO from day one, focus keywords, meta descriptions, title tags. We set up or clean up your Google Business Profile so you show up on Maps. Hosting and domain handled, plus a live launch walkthrough.
On branding: we work with what you have, refining an existing logo, or pulling colors and type from it to build a consistent look across the site.
The Signature Site
Most Requested
Starting at $5000
For a business that's scaling, has real complexity, or needs the brand rebuilt alongside the site.

Everything in The Essentials, plus the strategy layer. We define your positioning and messaging before design begins, write all of your copy, and build the full brand: logo, color system, typography, custom graphics.

Built for larger scope: five or more pages, multiple locations, or a full reorganization of a sprawling existing site. Advanced functionality included: online booking, ecommerce, service menus, invoicing, CMS directories, and custom-coded tools when the project calls for something that doesn't exist yet.

The real difference: The Essentials makes you look right. The Signature Site figures out what you should be saying, then builds the system to say it.
The Growth Partner
$600/month
For businesses that want the site to scale faster after launch.

Site maintenance and edits, ongoing SEO, Google Business Profile management, ad campaign management, and a monthly impact report showing what your website actually did.

Why it matters: a launch gets you live. The monthly work is what gets you found. Every client on this plan ranks on page one of Google for the searches their customers actually use.

Optional. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth it for your business.

Need a Redesign Instead?
Already have a site but it’s not cutting it? Whether it’s outdated, off-brand, or just not doing its job, we treat redesigns with the same strategic care as brand-new builds. We’ll help you clarify what’s working, what’s not, and deliver a site that finally reflects your brand’s full potential.
What Goes Into a PEAK Build
Most people are surprised by how much sits behind a finished website. Here's the whole thing.

Typical Timeline: 1-3 weeks for most sites, 4-6+ weeks for larger builds.
Strategy & Messaging
Discovery session and a custom questionnaire. Research into your market and your competitors. Positioning, what makes you different and how to say it. Then the words: every page written for you, from headlines to descriptions.
Brand
Logo and identity work. Color palette, typography, and the rules that keep them consistent. Custom graphics. Photography direction. Guidelines you keep, so anything you create later still looks like you.
Website
Custom design, built mobile-first. Every page you need, services, about, contact, and whatever your business actually requires. Forms, booking, or ecommerce where it applies. Built to load fast and to be easy for you to update.
Search & visibility
Keyword research for what your customers actually search. Meta descriptions, title tags, headings, alt text, and site structure across every page. Google Business Profile setup and optimization. Analytics and Search Console so we can measure what happens.
Launch & Handoff
Testing across phones, tablets, and desktop. Hosting and domain handled. A live walkthrough, page by page, at your pace, so you can run it yourself. Plus 30 days of post-launch support.
Real Brands. Real Results.
Industry: Dance Studio & All Star Cheerleading Gym
Website: www.nhdances.com or www.ultimateallstars603.comAfter merging with another dance studio and launching an All Star Cheer program, CDW needed more than a facelift, they needed a story. Their old site was outdated, underwhelming, and didn’t reflect their dynamic studio culture or new identity. The cheer program lacked the bold, competitive presence required to stand out, and poor SEO made both programs nearly invisible online. To complicate matters, the growth sparked by the merger and new location meant that first impressions online had to be immediate and inspiring.
We built a dual-experience website, one home for both dance and cheer, that clearly distinguishes the two programs while maintaining brand consistency. Strategic messaging positioned CDW not as a “new” studio, but as the evolution of two beloved programs joining forces. On the cheer side, we elevated the visual and verbal identity to match the energy and professionalism of a high-level team.
We optimized content for SEO, improved visibility, and simplified access with intuitive navigation. Photography and content choices were intentionally curated to capture the passion and quality of both programs.-
Website traffic increased by 56% within months of launch
-
Google ranking improved by over 70%, moving to the top 3rd to 5th position for relevant keywords
-
Increased clarity around program offerings and studio culture helped attract a wave of new student inquiries and registrations
-
The site now serves as an active growth engine, integrated with newsletters, ad campaigns, and SEO tuning handled by PEAK

Questions People Ask
We keep it simple, and there are two ways to do it.

Standard: 50% to have your project placed on our calendar, and the balance before we publish.
Split payment: 50% to have your project placed on our calendar, 25% at the midpoint of the build, and the final 25% before we publish.

Either way, that last payment comes after you've seen every page, walked through the site with us, and signed off on the final edits. Launch day is just flipping the switch.

If life gets busy and we don't hear from you for 30 days, we'll pause the project and pick it back up when you're ready. Any payments you've made stay on your account. If the pause runs longer than 90 days, we'll consider the project closed and would need to requote.
The deposit does two things. It covers the strategy, research, and planning that begin as soon as you sign, and it holds your spot on our calendar. We only take on a limited number of website projects each month so that every build gets full attention, which means when your project is booked, that spot for the month is spoken for. For that reason the deposit isn't refundable once your spot is reserved.
So you know the number on day one, and so the scope is decided by what your business needs rather than by an estimate someone made in week one. There's more on that above. Click here to learn more about our package pricing.
One to three weeks for most sites, four to six plus for larger builds. The biggest variable is how quickly we get content and feedback from you.
Yes, completely. You'll have full access, and you can update it yourself or hand it to someone else at any time. We don't hold anything hostage. Most of our client choose to have us keep ownership to help them manage the harder aspects of the website.
Yes. We walk you through it page by page at launch, and we build with that in mind. Nothing is locked behind code you'd need to hire someone to touch. We also allow for 1-2 training sessions after the launch to make sure you feel comfortable making the edits yourself.
That's up to you. Some clients take it from there. Most move onto The Growth Partnership at $600 a month for ongoing SEO, Google Business Profile management, ad campaigns, and a monthly report showing exactly what the site brought in. It's optional, and we'll be honest about whether it's worth it for your business.
No. It's a separate decision. We'll tell you straight if we think your business doesn't need it yet.
Change the text and add your own content, including any information that is relevant to share. Then customize the font, size and scale to make it your own.
Yes. We're based in New Hampsire and work with clients across New England and nationwide. We have many clients in Texas and California.
Still Deciding?
Book a call. I'll look at your site and your Google presence beforehand and come with specifics: what's working, what isn't, and what I'd fix first.

You'll get a straight answer whether or not you hire us. And you'll know what it costs on the call, not in an email a week later.
